NAVi™ schedules work, not resources, and it does it within an automated Systemization Work Front Structure (SWFS) vs. the traditional EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); after all, this is an event, not a project!

Oracle® Primavera™ P6 does not have dashboard capabilities sufficient for navigating STO events—its report writer is simplistic at best—and without dynamic, real-time KPI dashboard indicator data for analysis and navigation the STO event execution team is flying blind, as it were. Therefore, we plug in iSMART® (integrated System Mitigated Agile Reporting Tool) connected to NAVi™ and Oracle® Primavera™ P6 to display, in real time, key attributes of the STO event both during preparation (optimization) and execution (tactical navigation).
